Soroptimist International Signature Projects
Women’s Opportunity Awards
Every Year  the Soroprtimist Federation conducts its search for the prestigious Women's Opportunity Award(WOA). The said award are given to girls who are motivated to pursue their studies.
Since the formation of SI SJDM II in 2002, the club had already produced four winners of the said award.
Violet Richardson Award
The Violet Richardson Award (VRA) is also conducted annually. This award is given to teenager girls who are exposed to volunteer work.
Sex Trafficking,Domestic Violence,Teen-Age Dating Violence 
Together with the Soroptimist Federation, SI SJDM II campaigns to promote awareness to everyone regarding the above mentioned recurring issues. Hence, the club annually conducts seminars regarding this topics with the help of partner institutions and schools.
Adopt-a-Barangay 
SI SJDM II believes that you don't need  to go far to do charity works.Hence, the club supports the Adopt-a-Barangay Project by Soroptimist International.
The club's partner community is Brgy. San Rafael City of San Jose del Monte Bulacan. 
Different Projects are conducted in the said community such as feeding programs, medical and dental missions, free haircut,foot spa etc.
Adopt-a-WCPD
In partnership with the City of San Jose del Monte Police Department, the club aims to aid in solving different cases relating to women abuse.

Other Projects

COMMUNITY WORK AND LIVELIHOOD  
LIVELIHOOD  
With the help of partner agencies, the club  was able to facilitate various training to aid ordinary people to start building their business. The said training activities include mayonnaise making,veggie meat making,candle making and accessories making,
RELIEF OPERATIONS 
During catastrophic events,such as Habagat and Typhoon Yolanda, our club knows that no work is weighed little and every good act could mean a world to a person. Our club actively joins the relief operations of different organizations and local communities.

EDUCATION 
TREAT FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Through the help of the city government of San Jose del Monte Bulacan, the club was able to conduct various activities to different local public elementary schools.
We gave thanks to the kind-hearted City Mayor of our beloved community, Honorable Reynaldo San Pedro (RSP) for donating school supplies to be given away to the elementary  students.
Also, the club was able to give  new pair of shoes for the students.

Again, through the assistance of the city government of San Jose del Monte the club was able  to give free haircuts,massage and foot spa for the faculty and students of different public schools.    The hair-cutters,masseurs and the foot spa attendants were TESDA students.

ENVIRONMENT
TREE PLANTING
Our club believes that everyone should have a safe world to live in. Hence, our club actively joins tree planting activities to promote the importance of trees in our eco-system.

HEALTH
DENTAL MISSIONS

Through one of our founding members Dr. Lynn Mier, a Dentist by profession, our club was able to conduct dental missions to our adopted barangay,partner agencies and other provinces in the Philippines.


Through her connections, our club was able to invite other noble dentists who are willing to lend their tools and donate medicines in every dental mission we conduct.  
FEEDING PROGRAMS
As most of our members are already mothers, we know the importance of nutrition in every child. We believe that having a hungry tummy is likely to result in a hungry mind. Hence, we conduct feeding programs to different public schools and our adopted barangay.  
KUTIS KINIS
The said project aimed to help lessen the skin related diseases experienced by the local inmates of the province of Bulacan. Hence, the club donated bath soaps,ointments and medicines for skin diseases.
MEDICAL MISSIONS 
Another member of our club who is passionate in helping others is Dr. Isabelita Roquero,fondly called by her colleagues as Dr.Belle. Through her efforts the club was able to conduct several medical missions not only within the City of San Jose del Monte but also as far as the provinces of Quezon and Ifugao.
She was also kind-hearted enough to donate tons of medicines to be given freely for the patients of each medical mission.

PAP SMEAR PROJECT 
A woman plays a very significant roles in our lives. She is the one chosen by God to bear a child. Also, a women's reproductive health shall be given much attention.  Hence, SI SJDM II thought that it would be very beneficial for the less fortunate women to be given a free PAP SMEAR treatment. The said project also aims to promote awareness regarding reproductive health.
